Groomed and trained in the FMCG sector with experience in delivering results in the vast Financial sector of Bangladesh and currently working with a leading International NGO. Have a good understanding of the business value chain as I started my career with Consumer Banking in Standard Chartered Bank and then in Brand Marketing with Unilever. Throughout my career I have actively sought to move my team deliverables away from the transactional role of HR to a strategic partner role.
I believe that it takes professional courage to be a successful change agent and most often than not it is important to be ‘fair’ rather than ‘popular’. My approach to problem solving has always been to understand it thoroughly and then deliver the solution with high level of conviction and confidence.
